Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern your use of ventve.ch and any booking request or company enquiry you submit through it. They do not govern the medical examination itself: the treatment relationship, informed consent and the clinical terms are agreed separately before any examination.
1. Who we are
Ventve Mobile Screening GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland ("Ventve", "we"). Contact: info@ventve.ch.
2. What this website is
This website presents a preventive cardiovascular and metabolic screening programme and lets you (a) request an appointment, and (b) ask about a programme for your company. It is an information and request channel. No medical examination is performed through the website.
3. A booking request is not yet a contract
When you submit the booking form you make a request. It becomes a contract only when we confirm your appointment in writing and you have paid the price under section 5. Until then:
- we may decline the request, in particular if the requested week is full, if the location is not served, or
if the screening is not appropriate for you on medical grounds;
- no price, slot or location is guaranteed by the confirmation page or by any automatic email;
- you may withdraw your request at any time before confirmation without cost.
The same applies to company enquiries: they are not offers and do not create a contract.
4. Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable. You must provide accurate personal data and tell us about circumstances relevant to the examination. Some conditions make a screening unsuitable or require a medical assessment first; we may decline or postpone a booking on medical grounds and refund any amount paid.
5. Prices, payment and invoicing
- Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) on the booking form: Essential CHF 210, Professional CHF 330,
Executive CHF 540. The price of the package you selected is the price that applies.
- Payment is due before the appointment, by the means offered at confirmation (card or invoice). We do not
store card data; payments are processed by a payment provider.
- The VAT treatment is shown on the invoice. If you need a VAT invoice for a company booking, tell us before
payment.
- If payment is not received by the date stated in the confirmation, we may release the slot. Reminders and any
statutory interest remain reserved.
- Prices may change for future bookings. The price confirmed for your appointment does not change afterwards.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
| When you cancel or do not attend | What you pay |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before the appointment | Nothing; any amount paid is refunded in full |
| Between 48 and 24 hours before | 50% of the package price |
| Less than 24 hours before, or no-show | 100% of the package price |
| We cancel, or the appointment cannot take place for reasons within our control | Full refund within 14 days |
| We decline on medical grounds or the participant is not eligible | Full refund within 14 days |
You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 48 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. Cancellation must be in writing (email is sufficient) to the address in the confirmation; the time of receipt counts. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
These rules do not limit rights you have under mandatory law.
7. The screening: what it is, and what it is not
- The screening is a preventive assessment, not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a medical examination
by your own physician.
- It is performed on site by qualified staff; images and findings are assessed remotely by physicians licensed
in Switzerland, who sign the report.
- A report is normally available within 24 hours of the examination. Findings that require urgent attention are
communicated to you without delay, by telephone, before the written report.
- A normal result does not exclude disease. A finding may require follow-up with a specialist, and some
conditions cannot be detected by this screening.
- The examination may be stopped or limited if continuing would be unsafe.
8. Medical disclaimer and emergencies
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and using the website does not create a physician–patient relationship. If you have symptoms or a medical concern, consult a physician. In an emergency call 144. Do not use the booking form or email for urgent matters.
9. Your obligations
You agree to:
- give accurate and complete information, and tell us about relevant conditions, medication or pregnancy;
- follow the preparation instructions (including fasting) and arrive on time;
- treat staff with respect and follow safety instructions;
- use the website lawfully: no attempts to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, no
automated scraping, no interference with the service, no uploading of malicious code;
- not submit data about third persons without their authority.
If you breach these obligations and this causes damage, you are liable for it.
10. Liability
- We are liable without limitation for intentional acts and gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and
under the Product Liability Act.
- For property damage and financial loss caused by slight negligence, our liability is limited to the
amount you paid for the appointment concerned, and we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or consequential loss.
- We are not liable for loss caused by circumstances outside our control, including failure of transport,
illness of staff, power or network failure, or acts of authorities, provided we inform you promptly and refund amounts paid for services not rendered.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. If a clause is found to be
ineffective, the remaining clauses stay in force.
11. Content and intellectual property
The content of this website — texts, images, marks, layout, code — belongs to Ventve or its licensors. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written consent. "Ventve" and its logo are marks of Ventve Mobile Screening GmbH.
12. Links and third-party content
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and accept no liability for it.
13. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website and future bookings. The version in force at the time of your booking request applies to that request. Material changes are announced on this page with the date.
15. Final provisions
- Should a provision be invalid, the remainder stays effective and the invalid provision is replaced by the rule
that comes closest to its purpose.
- Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- You may not assign rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a group company.
- These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Convention on the
International Sale of Goods.
- The ordinary courts of Zurich have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory law provides otherwise,
in particular for consumers, who may sue at their place of residence.
